Hey Queens Meet Gina B Bravo

What’s the name of your business or organization? BRAVO Moments LLC

Who is your target audience? Women and men ages 18-75

Where are you located? Richmond, VA

Why did you start your business or organization? B.R.A.V.O. Moments became a vision in without a name around 2007. I became what I desired for myself. I found myself becoming the go to person for encouragement. I would pull the good out of a bad situation and help others see they could go further, they can overcome, help them see their strengths, let them know it was okay to cry and try again. That’s they’ve already achieved so much. I was the one to say, “hey let’s write down a plan to make it happen” or let me connect you with someone more knowledgeable in this specific area. I was the personal cheerleader for anyone that needed it. I would set my situations on the back burner. I also became a licensed Minister that same year. The word BRAVO just stayed on my mind and the acronym was birthed in 2015. We are all Blessed, Repositioning, Anointed, Victorious, Overcomers!

How are you helping people with your business or organization? I empower individuals through teaching, motivation, accountability, encouragement and coaching via workshops, 1:1 coaching in person or online. I allow a platform for others to share their testimonies with others. I authored a 35 page book entitled BRAVO Moments Workbook Journal that’s available on Amazon.

What is the significance of your business or organization? I have a heart and desire to walk along with others while they are in the midst of repositioning. It can make all the difference in the world to have someone that will be transparent with you, pray with you and for you. To help them achieve attainable goals in an atmosphere of trust and non-judgement. To respect the individual as being unique and created in Gods image. And if they chose, give them a platform to share their Blessed, Repositioning, Anointed, Victorious, Overcoming moments...Their B.R.A.V.O. Moments.

What motivates you to continue in your business or organization? What motivates me is hearing, and celebrating someone's victory. No victory is too small. I’m an encourager. I know what it’s like to be at rock bottom. I’ve had dried tear stains underneath my makeup. I’ve celebrated my victories alone, feeling like no one cared or just too embarrassed to share. I’ve let folks and family talk me out of my dreams. I’ve overcome people pleasing. I want to see individuals embrace and believe all the wonderful things God has for them. To hold on to that mustard seed faith. To give them tangible tools and resources to help them learn, see, and believe in their hearts their true identity in Christ.

Do you have any upcoming events to share? I am honored to be a part of women’s empowerment conference. It’s The Pearls with Power in Unity Conference that will be held in Williamsburg, Virginia March 12-14, 2020. It’s six female leaders in ministry along with our adjutants; we all collaborated our ideas and as a team working together in unity and prayer to host this gathering. Myself with the other leaders will be conducting various workshops with dynamic teaching. Each leader will be recognizing another female for example I will be issuing a B.R.A.V.O. Moment Award. There will be a Continuing Education Scholarship Award, a “real talk” panel discussion, a luncheon and space available for vendors.
